Outlook 2003 Attachments

When I receive attachments in OL2003, they randomly display on the screen
full size, minimized or partial screen. How can I force any and all
attachments to appear full size when I open them up? I currently use the
maximize button, but there must be a setting or switch to force the system to
*always* open these attachments full screen.

Outlook isn't responsible for how applications open any of your attachments.
You'll have to check with the individual programs instead.
