Outlook 2003 attachments going as zip files

When I am using Outlook 2003 some of my attachments, are going
automaticaly been sent as zip files. these are normally doc files
which is not very good for the few people that do not have win zip or
another zip program to unzip them. Am I missing something in the
options in outlook
 
Nope. You have installed a third party program like QuickView Plus or
Zipout that ties itself to Outlook and zips files as they are sent. Disable
the feature in that program and you will find that your documents go out
unzipped.
