Outlook 2003 attachment sending intermittent problem

Hello,
I have an intermittent ! problem with sending attachments from 1 user.
SBS 2003. Outlook 2003 sp2.

Any advices.

That receipients do not get attachments sometimes.

Brian,
I asked the user to make a test in Plain text. No success.
I will call now to switch to HTML. He uses Rich Text.

look like the issue is solved. It works in HTML format.
BTW, I found out that the user didn't have a problem with sending outside.
It happened only for internal Exchange users.

Plain Text will work. Only another Outlook user can see Rich Text
attachments. If Plain Text appears to be not working, then it's possible
that the Contact record is overriding the general setting.
