Outlook 2003 - ATT****.txt file attachment

When I receive some attachments, I do find a empty file attachment named
ATT*****.txt attached. This has no information in it. Just an empty file
which gets attached. I think this is something to do with Outlook settings.

Can someone throw light on how to block this unwanted file attachment?
