Outlook 2003 asks for a password even though it is saved.

My outlook 2003 just started asking for a password when I click send/
receive. It shows the password is saved when I check in the tools/ emnail
accounts.

Thanks for any help.
 
I had this happen to me in the past week. Are you able to send any email? I
had a problem with Outlook 2007 and have also seen some posts that 2003 is
affected the same way. I just did a Restore Point previous to a Microsoft
update and my email is now working. I suggest you try this and see what
happens.
