Outlook 2003 and Word 2002

Running Office XP/2002, but have upgraded Outlook to 2003.

Now the option to use word as the editor is greyed out and not selectable.

Is using Word 2002 not an option with Outlook 2003? Is there that much
difference that I need to upgrade to Office 2003 completely?

You can only use Word as your e-mail editor when Outlook and Word are the
same version.
