In order to setup different logon profiles in Internet
Mail Only Oulook 2003, do you need to have each user with
their own windows logon?

I was told you must in order to have the mail icon in
control panel display the profile option.

Is this so?

Thanks

There is no such thing as "Internet Mail Only" Outlook 2003. The only
version of Outlook for which that option appeared was Outlook 2000.

You can set up different profiles that the same user can use. No need for
different logins.

If you have Outlook installed, you will have the Mail icon in Control
Panels. You might have to switch your Control Panel view to Classic view to
see if though. Double click the Mail icon and then click the Show Profiles
button. You can then add a new profile.
