Outlook 2003 and Outlook Today

When I open Outlook Today in Outlook 2003 (while logged
onto a terminal server), I get an error message that says:

Internet Explorer Script Error
An error has occurred in the script on this page

Error: library not registered
Code 0
Url Outlook:today.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

No, I found a few articles in the MS Knowledge Base that
mention this error, but the solutions offered didn't help.
I tried turning off script error messages, but the error
still comes up.
