IE& and Outlook 2003

I haave Windows XP Media edition plus all updates, Outlook 2003 which is
current and IE7 current also.

I just installed Front Page 2000 on the system and now, when I open Outlook,
The following message block appears:
Inter net explorer script error

Char 1
Error Class not registered
Code 0
URL outlook:today

What did I do wrong and how do I fix the eroor.
