Outlook 2003 and Earthlink

Did anyone ever figure out why Outlook 2003 won't work with Earthlink? Or
figure out how to make it "find" the object it can't seem to find?

Outlook 2003 should work fine with Earthlink. If you are getting this
object not found message only at send/receive of messages, try deleting the
..SRS file when all mail enabled apps are closed.

The .SRS file would be at...
\Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

The "Application Data" folder is a hidden/system folder, so you will have to
configure Windows 2000/XP/Vista's Explorer to show these file/folder types.
