In mid December I purchased a Blackberry Pearl 8100.
In order to sync the blacberry, I set up an e mail account in outlook 2003
using imap, to receive e mail from my netacape.net e mail address that runs
thru AOL.
Once set up, it worked great!
Sometime around January 12, it stopped working.
A dialoge box comes up in outlook asking for the user name and password to
the IMAP.AOL.Com server.
I have tried all the passwords I know.
I changed my password in AOL, made all the changes in outlook and the same
diolog box comes up.
What do I need to do to get past this dialoge box.
