Outlook 2003 and Activesync profile question

I have checked the question boards for this question and I found one from
10/02/07 but I don't understand what the MVP's directions so I'm trying on my
own:

I have a Motoq phone that I'm trying to Activesync with Outlook 2003 on my
home pc. When I try to sync I get the error message saying it "can't sync
with the Outlook profile I'm using, because a different profile was
previously set up or the profile is password-protedted. Please open Outlook
using the appropriate profile. error code:8503001f".

Any help I can get will be appreciated!
 
Go to Control panel, Mail... look at the profiles. You have more than one
and set it up with one before and have outlook opened to a different
profile. You'll need to either use the original profile or break the link
and set it up to use the new profile.
