I can create pdf files just fine and have been using them
for attchments to send to clients. All of a sudden
everyone is getting a damaged file and cannot open it.
However, when I click on the attachment in my sent folder,
it opens fine.

I don't think it's adobe, because I can create, view and
print ok, but once it's sent via email it gets corrupted.

Thanks in advance to greater minds than mine!

Hi,

They have Adobe Reader 6. My attachments are set up to be
read with Adobe Reader 5 and above.

I have several email accounts, so as a test, I created an
adobe file and could view, print, save it ok. I then sent
it to one of MY email accounts and could not open it, file
damaged. Also, I just got in several Adobe files from
someone and could open them just fine. So, something is
happening during the send process.

That is odd..is there some type of compression software that compresses
large pdf documents? Encryption?
