Outlook 2003 & Access 2003

I have Access 2003 and I have created an application. Within a form of the
apllication I have a button that takes data from the form and sends an
email.

With Office 2000 I had no problem but now I get a message to allow or deny
access to my addresbook. If I click YES then the procedure is OK.

Is there any way to avoid the message?
