Outlook 2003/2007 Contacts - How to Set Default View to Collapse All Groups

We have created a new view in Outlook that is a table type view. It
contains multiple column sorting and such.

The goal is to have this always collapsed when users open it, but it seems
to default to expanded. Is there a way to set collapse all as the default?

To the best of my knowledge there isn't. The fastest way to help is to
create a button for the Collapse All command and just click it every time
you open the folder. It retains the view setting anless you re-sort the
contents. (right-click on task bar, Customise, then find the Collapse All
command in the list and drag it to where you want it on the task bar. A
right-click on the button lets you assign an image)
