Outlook 2002

For Russ Valentine:

I have just re-read the five replies to my question and have yet to receive
a straight answer. I am familiar with Newsgroups, having made use of them
for at least five years.

I will repeat the question at the risk of being accused of being less than
bright:

I had to replace a corrupted Outlook Express with Outlook as my E Mail
Program. It works very well, except for the fact that most of the names in
my Address Book are listed alphabetically using the first name. I would like
to know if there is a simple method for changing this to list them
alphabetically by the last name.

Thank you,
Bernie Beal.

Try this:

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change.

Set your sort order there. Let me know if this works for you.
