Outlook 2002 (XP) PST File limit fix

Is there a patch or a fix for Outlook 2002 (XP) PST 2GB file size limit?
 
No, other than ensuring the pst is not larger than 1.6gb, or upgrading, with
a new unicode pst to OL2003
