I have four .pst files that I made from a network version of outlook at my
last job. I am sure that this was the latest version. I am trying to import
into to outlook 2002 and get the message:

contacts.pst is not compatible with this version of Personal Folders
information service. Contact your administrator.

We can't figure out why I get this message. thanks for your help in advance

If the version of Outlook on your work PC was 2003 or higher, the PST is not
readable in Outlook 2002 because of the format.

There is probably a third party application that can do the conversion for
you, but I'm sure you would have to pay for that. The easiest way to convert
is to do that using Outlook 2003 to make it available to older versions of
Outlook.

If this is not the case, please advise.
