Outlook 2002 w/ Exchange 5.5

I am having problems with users getting to the MS
Exchange server 5.5. This problem only happens when
there on there cable modem hi speed networks. We are
using secure remote VPN to connect the MS Exchange
server. This only started happen when up graded to
Windows XP with office XP. Any help???!??!

Actually, Outlook 2000 does not support both types in the same profile - I
mean, you can add them, but there are many known problems with it, and MS
doesn't support that config. ;-)
