Hi there,

Current config:
XP SP2
Outlook 2002/XP (version 10) SP3 (10.6515.6811)

When I print a HTML e-mail in outlook 2002, on the paper, all first letter of
all word at the left side of the page is missing. It's like Outlook trunk the
first letter of every word beginning a line on a page ? If I make a preview,
everything is Ok. This only happens when I print the e-mail.

Outlook 2002 use Microsoft Word like mail editor it is also the same. I
have tried the suggestion of putting "&b&b" in the printing options of IE so
it would centre the printout but that does not fix it either.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Regards,

John.

Tried setting the margins already in IE?
Do IE pages print correctly?
What version of IE are you using?

Hi there,

1. I have tried changing the settings to the L/H margin and that does not
make any difference.
2. Normal IE pages print fine.
3. IE version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519.

Regards,

John.
