Outlook 2002 used to open subfolders when new email arrived.

Outlook 2002 (Windows XP) used to open subfolders when new email arrived and
the rules sorted the emails automatically. We had to reinstall everything,
and now, the email still sorts, but the subfolders don't open, so unless I
open the main folder, I don't know I have new mail. I like it to auto-open.
How do I get the subfolders to open automatically again when new mail goes
into them? Thanks! Jen

I think so. When I check for Windows Updates, it says I've done them all.
Is there somewhere else I should check specifically for patches?

Windows Update doesn't tell you about Office updates. You have to use

for that.

Actually Microsoft Update v6 does both now. It was just unleased.
