Outlook 2002 Unable to open default email folders

I am running Office Pro 2000. I've updated Outlook to
2002 version. I get message " The .DLL file for the
information service could not be found. MAPI was unable
to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL . ... " I
uninstalled and then reinstalled but get same message.
Does Outlook 2002 work well with Office 2000 and windows
2000 ? What is the fix ?
