Outlook 2002 Send/Receive Progress

For some reason Outlook is trying to send and receive
email nearly continuosly. This is very annoying as the
send and receive progress continues to pop up, even
though I have checked the box to "not show the dialog in
the future".

I have checked for viruses and have found none.

I have FranlinCovey PlanPlus installed for Outlook and
also have a PocketPC connected to my computer.
Additionally we are using Microsoft Mail to provide
office email.

Any help would be appreciated.

What do you show under your send/receive settings? Set the interval higher.
Also check your ActiveSync to see if you set it to send/receive over a short
interval.

By the way, Microsoft Mail is unsupported so your only assistance will be
with this group or a contractor, Microsoft will not help you if you call
PSS.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
