The only info that I get is in the dialogue box and it says 'Sending and
Receiving' reported error (0x800CCCOF0: 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server admin or ISP.
I've been in contact and have been working with the ISP level 2 help desk
and they are not sure. They have suggested it might be a change in my
firewall? Haven't made any changes to my settings?

well I started to panic because I use outlook EVERYDAY ALL DAY FOR SENDING
AND RECECIVING and dont like going to web to view it.
here is what I found out jsut now after readings yalls notes I thought it
was just me. it has something to do with headers. go to options and choose
download or delete header for some reason my emails now return to outlook but
now I need to figure out how to open them. Good luck
