"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid." I receive this message when performing search operations with bar
search. The address is "outlook:\\Personal Folders\Inbox. I've tried various
"Search In" folders/locations. This situation started yesterday. Previously,
it worked OK. With advance search, operation is seccessful. However, I can
not move e-mail message as required.

do you have any addins installed?

Why can't you move email using advanced find? If I recall correctly,
dragging fails but right click, move to should work.

I tried the right click move method on message that came up after advanced
search. But I received message that said "Message would not be moved". So
this (2) errors (operation failures) I'm experiencing while performing search
operation.
You asked if I have any addins installed. Please advise what you mean by
this. If I where to re-install Outlook 2002 over my current installation,
would I dig myself into a deeper hole?

I am very curious to know as well. I have a user who is experiencing a
similar problem and to my knowledge she has no add-ins. She just started
having this error message popup in the last few days while trying to use the
search bar in Outlook 2002

Diane: I'm still having the same issue with search operation. The error
message of one or more parameter valves are not valid and that I'm unable to
move e-mails found with Advance Search has me very perplex. If I were to
re-install Outlook 2002 over the existing installation, could it help or will
i only dig a deeper hole for myself? Please advise.
