outlook 2002 - Rules Wizard

Current issue is that I am unable to create any message rules (ie mail from
bob into folder named 'bob'). I receive the following error "One or more
rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and have been deactivated.
This could be because some of the parameters are not supported or there is
insufficient space to store all your rules." I have researched the following
2 kb articles and unfortunately they did not work.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886616/
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910875

Then I attempted to create another profile on another computer in the office
and I was vicorious in creating rules on that box. My question is do you
know of any registry of config settings that can cause this to occur on my
computer and how to resolve

Versions of Exchange prior to Exchange 2007 have a nonadjustable maximum of
32 KB rule space per mailbox. Exchange 2007 has rule space of 64 KB per
mailbox, adjustable to 256 KB per mailbox. Of you're using Exchange 2003 or
earlier, then your only solution is to simplify your rules.

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanrules command line switch.
