I've installed Office Pro on a new machine and am ready to get contacts,
calendar, mail folders, etc. to the new machine. I have all the outlook data
from the old machine, I'm just not sure what is the best way to get it there.
Right now on the new machine (in folder view) there is Outlook Today -
[Personal Folders] with contacts, inbox, calendar, etc. underneath. I want
to populate contacts, calendar, sent box, etc. with the information from the
old machine. What is the best way to do this ? I saw someone the other day
try this, but ended up with two sets of calendar, contacts, etc in folder
view. Can someone guide me step by step through this process so it's right
the first time ?

File > Import/Export
Import from another program or file
Personal Folder File (.pst)
Browse to location of the .pst file you want to import
Replace duplicates with items imported
Selec Personal Folders and include subfolders on the old PS file and Import
items into the same folder in:
Select from the dropdown , your new personal folders files

Done !
