Outlook 2002 Pop-up Message

Has anyone gotten this pop-up message "a program is trying to access email
address you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" If so, how
did you stop/correct this pop-up message?

The best way to fix this message is find out what application is causing it.
You have an add-in that isn't written to handle the Outlook Object Model
Guard (see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm). Another way is to get
this tool:
