How do you stop the Outlook pop-up warning "A program is trying to access
email addresses stored in Outlook". I would like to stop automatic access to
my email address list.

You generally can't stop it. What are you doing to cause it? If a 3rd party
program is doing it, look for an update that bypasses the alert.

I'm in the same situation, I have an application (written by a coleague who
quit the job) that accesses Outlook over MAPI and then synchronizes to a 3rd
Party application. Since we won't be upgrading it but costumers can still buy
it I'd like a simple solution where I can tell them how to do exactly that
(or at least a method thru coding as simple as possible)

thanks
Martin

The simplest solution would be to recode your application with the Outlook Redemption library so that it does not raise prompts at all. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm for other options.
