outlook 2002 opens like it is new now, why?

Outlook now opens like it is new every time prompting me to accept the eula
and then starting up ms word with everything greyed out. When I close ms word
then I have to accept the eula for ms office, after I do that outlook opens
with my inbox empty. Any suggestions?

Did you change user account names on the machine?
 
No, I have not changed user account names on the machine. And furthermore
every time I accept the eula it still prompts me again the next time I open
it.
 
Hmmm, have you tried a Detect & Repair operation to see if Office can fix
the issue?
