Outlook 2002 opens and works VERY slowly

Can I adjust MS Outlook 2002 to work faster? Just opening the program takes 5
minutes...

Try two things. First, disable IM integration at the bottom of
Tools>Options>Other. Second, relete or rename the file outcmd.dat in the
hidden folder %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook.
