Outlook 2002 loads very slowly

I have Office XP and Outlook 2002. Most of the time I try to start
Outlook, it takes up to two minutes to load. I have a 3ghz machine
with plenty of RAM, so I'd appreciate advice on what might be causing
this annoyance.

This can be caused by your pst file becoming too large. Have you Archived old
items lately? A general cleanup of your folders would be a good idea, too. PS
Outlook 2003 has increased the allowed size of your personal folder file.

Try going to Tools -> Options -> Other and turning of Instant Messaging
integration.

Another thing to try is deleting the outcmd.dat file.
