Outlook 2002 lacks Rules Wizard, Out of Office Assistant

I have Outlook 2002 as part of Office XP Professional running on Windows XP
Home. Despite repeated installations and following the troubleshooting tips
in Help, I cannot get Rules Wizard or Out of Office Assistant to appear.
Have been unable to find anything on this topic on the MS Website. Can you
help? Thank you!

Hi Diane. Thanks for responding. When I go to Tools > Options > Other, there
is no "addins." But if I click the Advanced Options button, there is an
Add-In Manager button at the bottom of the next dialog. When I click that
button, I see that both options are checked: Exchange Extensions property
pages, and Fax Server Extension.

Your response was helpful. I think I accidentally hit the "not helpful" button.
