Outlook 2002 Hotfix

How Do I get the hotfix stated in KB article 827349
without having to call paid technical support? I am
currently unable to send or receive emails due to the
0x8004210A error. And I am Not Running Norton Antivirus.

You will HAVE to call them to get the Hotfix. They waive the charge if ALL
you ask for is the Hotfix.
