Outlook 2002 help needed

lethal

i know there has been many postings about Outlook hyperlinks but i still can't solve this problem

my sister is using Outlook 2002. She can't open any hyperlinks in any sent emails. When attempted, she gets following message:

" locate link browser " ( then gives options such as my documents etc )

she can open hyperlinks when using Internet Explorer.

She is not using a pop up stopper and Internet Explorer is set as default browser

any help gratefully received and appologies for yet another outlook /hyperlink question ( sorry if this has been asked before - i
have missed the answer if it has )

cheers

When the locate link browser window appears the next time, have your sister
browse to the IE .exe and click on okay. This should take care of it.
