Hyperlinks in my Outlook 2002 Open 2 Browser windows. Anyone know how
to fix this so that only 1 broswer window opens? Thanks!

If you are using IE as your browser, here's a shot-in-the-dark: In IE, click
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings and see if it helps.
Also, check that "Microsoft Office Outllook" is chosen in the "E-mail"
drop-down.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

I've seen this happen when there is a mismatch in some of the registry
entries governing which browser to launch. It seems that if you make
Firefox your default browser, not all of the proper registry entries are
updated.

In this particular case, I updated Firefox from 0.8.x to the most
recent 0.9.3 which must have been the cause. Not sure where to look
though as far as fixing it.

Well, I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled. My very first
installation of Firefox is tied to the OL. So when I install the
second time around OL asks me to point to a browser EXE (although it
has already launched on instance of Firefix already). Time to search
the registry.

Try this in Firefox: Tools/Options/General/Default Browser/Check Now. If
Firefox isn't the default browser then make it so.

Jon.
