Outlook 2002 hangs on startup

Hi,

Has anyone any idea why I might be experiencing a problem
with Outlook 2002, running under Windows XP Home, hanging
at startup. In doesn't seem to hang if its the first run
up of Outlook after the PC is first started, but always
does after the first. Any ideas would be appreciated.
