Outlook 2002 Contacts and News Problems

I'd be grateful for any help with two problems I'm having with Outlook 2002.

I have several hundred names in Contacts, and separate subfolders under that
for various groupings of individuals (clients, etc.) In the past, when I
clicked on the "send" button to complete an e-mail message, the resulting
dialog box would show, first, the Contacts folder, and then the subfolders
in alphabetical order.

Now, however, the folders all show in alphabetical order, with "Contacts"
just one of the folders. Since Contacts contains my most important entries,
this is a real inconvenience. I've tried deleting and re-importing the
various folders, but this has not fixed the problem.

Second, I had used Tools | Customize to add a "News" link to the Outlook
toolbar, which opened Outlook Express as a newsreader. In tweaking the
toolbar I accidentally removed the button, and now cannot replace it; the
News option does not appear in any of the menus available in the Customize
dialog.

Any suggestions for fixing either of these would be greatly appreciated!

Open the Address Book
Use Tools > Options.. to designate which folder is displayed first in the
Address Book.

Re: Second problem
I am using Outlook 2003 but perhaps the Toolbar
customization hasn't changed since 2002. There is a Web
category on the Commands tab and a News command in the
command window which might be what you are looking for.

Russ,

Thanks, but that didn't work. I think the Outlook setup is corrupted.

Reb,

That's where News should be, but it's missing on my setup. I think I've
somehow clobbered the Outlook file. Probably time for minor surgery --
uninstall and reinstall.

Thanks!

Remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book Service then.
