Outlook 2002 Can't find word as email editor

These feature suddenly quit working. I checked settings
and that is still my choice for editing and replying to
emails. I get a message that Word is busy or can't be
found. Any ideas?
 
What service pack level is Office XP at?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Monta asked:

My "About Outlook" has the letters SP3 at the top. Is
that Service Pack 3?
