Outlook 2002 cannot see address book

Hello,

In contacts view I can see all my contacts. But if I try to search the
contacts database using any of the search options I just get blanks - it
seems Outlook is not seeing properly my address book.

I tried to use Email/Options/Add contact database to add the address book to
the profile, but I get the error message:

"The account you have added is not fully configured. It might not work
properly until re-configured correctly."

What do I do now?
