Outlook 2002 calendar permission tab problem

Greetings all,

I have two PC runing xp pro, both office xp 2002, I am not able
to display the permission tab on their calendar properties.
I added all addins in the option list still can't make the permission
tab to appear. Any tip will be appreciated.

It won't appear unless the calendar folders are in Exchange mailboxes.
