outlook 2002 and email addresses

i am using outlook 2002 on vista. I know the passwords wont work, but my
problem is that the email addresses dont work properly. When I enter a
contact into the contacts, I then begin receiving the following message
repeatedly, "a program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
outlook. do you want to allow this..." If I click allow the max I can pick is
10 minutes and then it all starts again. any suggestions?

Most of the Outlook experts hang out in the Outlook newsgroups.
Try the newsgroup microsoft.public.outlook.general.
I'm not sure how you get there from the web interface.
