Outlook 2002 Adds .txt Attachment to Plain Text Emails

I've seen this before but restarting Outlook always fixed the problem but
not anymore. Now, even rebooting doesn't help!

My Setup: Outlook 2002 and Windows XP Pro.

All plain text emails have the body of the email duplicated as a .txt
attachment.

Any ideas on the cause/cure?

Thanks. That fixed it. Just my luck, my Office 2003 update arrived just
after I did this! Somehow I missed the article when I did my searches of
the KB!
