I installed Office Pro 2003 with Outlook 2003. I bought
a PDA which uses Outlook 2002 which I installed. Now
neither works and I need both for my Business Contacts
Manager of Office 2003 and my HP5555 to function.
Help!

Let me be sure I understand. You interpreted HP's instructions to say that
you would have to _roll back_ a current version of Outlook to an older one
for the Pocket PC to work? I can't imagine that's what the instructions
said.
So you attempted to install an older version of Outlook on top of a newer
one on the same partition?

Reinstall Outlook 2003 and if you have problems, run Detect and Repair. Why
in the world did you install an older program over the new?

The iPAQ comes with Outlook 2002 on its companion CD, but Pocket Outlook in
the iPAQ works just fine with Outlook 2003. No need to install Outlook
2002. I, too, have a recent iPAQ and it syncs with Outlook 2003 without
problem.
