Outlook 2000

when I login to windows 2000 and open outlook 2000 is is asking me for a
password. I change the password on Exchange server 2000 but when I type in
the new password outlook is rejecting it.

Can some one help me with this problem
 
Are you being prompted by the exchange server or is it
possible that you have a personal folder that is password
protected?
