I have set up a laptop/desktop network and am using Outlook 2000 for e-mail
and calendar. I want to be able to access Outlook from either machine and
then sync the info when appropriate. Outlook has been set up in workgroup
mode on both machines. But the "sychronize" option doesn't appear on the
tools menu like the tutorial says it should. Any ideas.

Here's a couple of ideas:

1) Ask in a grou with OUTLOOK in the title.
2) Pay attention and don't ask in groups, like this one, that DON'T
have that word in their title.

Ask elsewhere

I wouldn't expect a person that does not know where to post his
requests to know names out of a great story by a fantastic author.

You should endeavour to make sense.
