I am running XP XP2 with Office 2000 Premier. I was running outlook 2000 and
it was OK except for trying to get MSN mail to it. That wasn't a show stopper
but I got pocket PC 2003 for my Dell Axim5 which came with an Outlook 2002
load disk. I attempted to load it but it didn't go too well so removed it.
Outlook would not start... I removed Outlook with the old stand-by Add and
Remove Programs. re-loaded it, would not start with the error message (six
times each attempt) "HrCreateNewWrappedObject@28 could mot be located in
MSMAPI32.DLL" I removed Office and re-loded it. Same results. I installed all
the updates available for Office 2000; same result. I'm at a loss what to do
next.
