Outlook 2000 - Uninstalled Addin being called up

I recently installed the InBoxer for Outlook 2.0. Since I was unsatisfied
with its operation, I uninstalled it with the "Uninstall" which came with
the program. Even though InBoxer was uninstalled successfully, every time I
open Outlook 2000, I receive a notice by Outlook 2000 that the file
c:\Program Files\InBoxer Outlook Addin\OLW.dll cannot be installed or loaded.
The notice also makes reference to another file, but the full name is not
visible (I only see "O"). Despite several attempts to reinstall or repair
Outlook 2000, this problem still exists and is becoming quite annoying. Can
anyone provide me some insight as to how this problem can be resolved? It
shoud be noted that I am using Windows XP Home Edition.

Thanks

Mike

To eliminate that error message regarding the missing OLW.dll:

First go to Outlook->Tools->Options->Other->Advanced options->Add-in
manager and uncheck "Redemption Helper Outlook Extension" if present.

Then, exit Outlook and reboot.

There are up to three temporary files which Outlook uses to hold
temporary information. These should be updated at time of uninstall,
but are sometimes not.

You can find the files at c:\documents and settings\yourname
\application
data\microsoft\outlook. They are named: outcmd.dat, extend.dat, and
views.dat (note that not all three may be present).

If you don't see the Application Data folder, You may need
to go to Tools->Folder Options->View->Show Hidden Files and Folders
and
enable the display of hidden files and folders.

Locate them using Explorer, move them to a safe place, and
restart Outlook.
