Outlook 2000 task problems

My secretary is running MS XP home and Office pro 2000 SP3.
I send task requests to her and she cannot open them, she can see them
in the list but cannot open them. What can we do to solve this?

What happens when she tries to open them? Any error messages? Can she
right click on it and select open?
