Outlook 2000 SP3, Win XPSP2 We can only send and receive ONCE wit.

Hi! Strange problem here - Outlook 2000 SP3 - whatever account is running -
we can only 'send and receive' ONCE without re-booting the PC! Even
re-starting Outlook does not work. we have Nortpn Internet Security 2004
installed, but even disabling the firewall and e-mail scanning has no effect.

Has anyone got any ideas please?

Win XPSP2 installed - Office and Windows patched up to date.

What happens when you Send/Receive a second time? Error message?
